Any criminal history will be evaluated in consideration of when the crime occurred,what the underlying conduct entailed, and/or what the rental applicant has done since  conviction. 

Also, we will review the conduct giving rise to an applicant’s arrest to determine if it was sufficiently concerning and maybe a potential threat to the health or safety of other residents.
